In January I warned subscribers of my chat room about upcoming big drop in small caps:

RTY has a perfectly clean wave count. That wave count clearly states that this drop is only the wave (iii) down:
RTY 30min chart
RTY should drop again to a lower low in a wave ( v ) down.
I would expect RTY to slide down at least one more time to 1,557 – 1506
